At Bedford Academy, we proudly welcome learners from every home and tribe, creating a warm and inclusive community where respect and diversity thrive. Admission is open to all who desire both academic and moral excellence. Every candidate is fairly assessed through an entrance examination and interview conducted by the school’s admissions board.
Our academic programme blends strong intellectual training with creativity, discipline, and character development. The curriculum is flexible and forward-thinking—designed to bring out the best in each child, helping them grow in confidence and purpose both inside and outside the classroom.
After three years in the Junior Secondary section, students write the Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination (JSSCE) supervised by the Delta State Ministry of Education. The Senior Secondary stage prepares them for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and the National Examination Council (NECO) assessments, opening doors to universities and higher learning opportunities across Nigeria and beyond.
We know that choosing the right school for your child is a big step.
At Bedford Academy, we build on trust, transparency, and partnership with parents — values that define our community.
